Classes by Keramik New York

Starting Spring 2026, Keramik New York offers teacher-led workshops and open studio classes in Pelham, New York. Learn basic wheel throwing and hand building or join open studio with access to unlimited clay, all materials and tools, a wide selection of glazes and option to fire your creations.

  • Teacher led classes are designed with objectives to create and master specific elements at each session of the class or workshop. Open studio gives participants the freedom to create art or ceramic pieces at their own pace and interest with access to everything the studio has to offer. A teacher is however always present to answer questions and offer guidance.

  • Unlimited clay to use in class, usage of tools, gear and pottery wheel, slip and casting molds, wide selection of glazes, photo setup for your finished pieces are included.

    Class participants will have the option to fire their creations.

  • If you’re unable to attend your class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our very best to find you a spot in another class.

  • We welcome all levels of participants in our classes, no experience needed. However, in order to be able to fully enjoy Open Studio, basic experience of pottery is a plus.

  • If not specified you need to be 16 to enroll.
