Starting with the basics of how to work with clay on the potter’s wheel, this course will cover the foundations of wheel throwing including wedging, centering, opening and pulling walls to make a cylinder. Your finished pieces will be glazed and fired after your last class and ready for pick up about 2 weeks later . All materials are included. No prior ceramics knowledge is required.
Class will be held weekly for 4 weeks. 2 hours per session.
